BuiLding communication Capability

Communication is the key enabler of innovation and an essential strategy required for successful organisational change.  Communication is also one of the few innovation strategies that relies on the skill and capability of individuals. For that reason, we offer specific training to organisations to increase the communication effectiveness of their people. 
 
We work with your leaders and employees to enable them to communicate in ways that are effective   We do this by equipping your people in three key areas:
  • Authentic Communication - using emotional intelligence to connect and build trust relationships
  • Engaging Communication - storytelling that is personal with messaging that is consistent
  • Strategic Communication - influential delivery that inspires action and communicated with targeted audiences in mind
 
Communicator-in-Residence
As part of our work in this area, we also offer the option of a Communicator-in-Residence.  This is a communication specialist (usually a professional actor or professional speaker) who is embedded within the organisation in the lead up to (and often during) the change. 
 
The Communicator-in-Residence is an organisational resource intended to help solidify communications training undertaken by leaders and employees.   The Communicator-in-Residence also provides individual communications coaching to leaders and facilitates scenario-based communication change exercises where appropriate.
